Our Planned Maintenance Service is part of our overall Property Management offering. We’ll design and schedule a tailor-made program of regular inspections and maintenance for your property or properties.
Your dedicated Property Manager will inspect your property on a monthly or quarterly basis, as appropriate, and arrange any work that’s required – from guttering repairs, to electrical system checks, to pointing, to interior paintwork.
The aim is to avoid future emergencies by keeping your property in great condition and to prevent problems such as damp or timber decay before they occur.
Proactive Property Maintenance Services
Proactive Maintenance maintains the value of your property or properties and means you can relax, knowing that we’ll pick up any potential problems before they turn into expensive major repairs.
If you’ve got tenants in place, you’ll also want the reassurance of our regular safety checks and certification.
Of course, If you do experience an unexpected problem, our Emergency Team will respond quickly to sort it out for you.
Your property works hard for you throughout the year and we know that it will benefit from a Seasonal Refresh, to ensure you’re still offering the highest quality property to your guests.
The Seasonal Refresh could be as simple as a paint touch up or a thorough deep clean. It could also involve replacing some elements of your property.
