Nicki Gray, Founder
Nicki was brought up in a family run hotel and restaurant business in Corsica, where hospitality and guest experience were part of everyday life.
She later worked within luxury travel, helping to develop a UK tour operator specialising in high end holidays to Corsica. Alongside this, she spent a number of years renovating and developing residential property, gaining first-hand insight into investment, presentation and long-term value.
Her career also includes experience within a five star hotel environment in Devon, further shaping her understanding of service, standards and operational detail.
This combined background in hospitality, travel and property underpins the Bespoke Devon approach today.
